Today Ian flew into Hillside Golf Club to work for the next three days with Gareth Paddison in preparation for The Open final qualifying. Hillside is one of the finest courses in the UK and holds happy memories for Ian.

Ian said “Its an absolutely stunning golf course and one that I love. I believe its even better than Lytham although I am a little bit based as I have happy memories there as when I was coaching Lynnette Brooky at Open Qualifying she shot a 6 under par 67, which was the course record.”
